Online Shop returns information

 

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please send the item back within 14 days of placing the order. On receiving the goods from you we will issue a full refund to the card the order was placed.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • All tags must be attached
  • No other signs of being worn
  • A copy of your receipt is enclosed as proof of purchase (this will also be required to verify your order details)

Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order

 

Returning your online purchase -

Cost of return postage is the customers responsibility. You will need to return the package via a Post Office counter and we recommend using an insured delivery service for your protection i.e. Recorded delivery. This method also ensures that you're given a proof of postage receipt. If a return does not reach us and you do not have proof of postage you will not be refunded.

If you live near our shop we will accept your online return at the shop. The shop staff cannot process your return but will send it to our online returns department. Your return will need to be securely parceled up with a copy of your online receipt enclosed as if you were returning it by post.

Your return will be inspected and processed and if accepted a refund will show up in your account within 10 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
